A landmark year for recognition and collaboration. Holocene was awarded the BIRAC BIG Grant for its pioneering work in abattoir waste upcycling. A strategic joint venture with Mukka Sea Foods led to the creation of Entoproteins, focusing on nutrient recovery from municipal organic waste. Upcycling capacity reached 350 tons per day
With consistent R&D and operational excellence, Holocene scaled to 500 tons per day of upcycled organic residues. BSF cultivation was optimized, achieving 30 kg of eggs daily, strengthening the foundation for large-scale production and feed innovation.
